My 3 take aways were:

-to find purpose and meaning to my life

-Go for what I want, not whether or not I think I'll succeed at it

-Invest more time in me, rather than being devoted to the responsiblity "sandwich"

Would be really awesome to also have all the formulas that she mentioned during the show, for calorie calculation and such...
